Rental Price
$325.00 includes delivery, pickup, and the first $100.00 of disposal (dump) fees. Any disposal fees exceeding $100.00 are the responsibility of the customer and will be billed separately.
Customer Responsibilities
- Customer is responsible for all contents placed in the dumpster by any person while the dumpster is on site.
- Do not load debris above the top rail of the dumpster.
- Customer must provide safe access for delivery and pickup.
- Customer is responsible for obtaining any permits required for dumpster placement.
Prohibited Materials
Hazardous waste, chemicals, paint, batteries, fuel, oil, asbestos, medical waste, explosives, or other prohibited materials.
Additional Charges May Apply For
Tires, mattresses, concrete, dirt, brick, rock, appliances, overloaded containers, and disposal fees exceeding the included $100 allowance.
Limitation of Liability
A&K PROPERTY SOLUTIONS LLC is not responsible for damage to driveways, sidewalks, curbs, lawns, underground utilities, sprinkler systems, septic systems, or other property resulting from delivery, placement, loading, or removal of the dumpster.
Payment Terms
Payment is due prior to delivery unless otherwise agreed.
Authorization
Customer authorizes A&K PROPERTY SOLUTIONS LLC to charge or invoice any additional disposal fees incurred above the included $100 disposal allowance.
