These terms govern the text-message (SMS) program operated by A&K Property Solutions LLC (“A&K,” “we,” “us”) for our roll-off dumpster rental service.
Program description
By opting in, you agree to receive operational and transactional text messages from A&K, such as booking confirmations and order notifications related to your dumpster rental. This is not a marketing program.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your booking and order activity.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. A&K does not charge for the messages, but your mobile carrier’s standard rates apply.
Opt out & help
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation and then stop sending messages. For help, reply HELP or contact us at 918-443-8567.
Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
We do not sell or share your mobile number or SMS opt-in information with third parties for marketing. See our Privacy Policy for details.
